The online live broadcast attracted nearly 20,000 viewers, discussing the development and innovation of spinal minimally invasive related diagnostic and treatment technologies under full spinal endoscopy.
"Understanding the Micro and Seeing Far, Walking with the Mirror" is a series of academic conferences co-created by Dabo Medical and Spade Academy, focusing on full spinal endoscopic fusion technology. As we all know, in recent decades, with the tremendous progress in spinal surgical concepts and scientific technology, the popularity of spinal minimally invasive surgery has greatly increased, and spinal minimally invasive surgery has gradually become one of the mainstream directions in medical development. With the continuous development of minimally invasive concepts, orthopedic medicine in China has gradually entered the era of minimally invasive treatment, with precision, minimally invasiveness, and minimal damage being our common pursuit and goal with our physician colleagues. The series of themed conferences "Understanding the Micro and Seeing Far, Walking with the Mirror" aims to focus on the development and enhancement of spinal minimally invasive technology, discussing the latest advancements in orthopedics and related disciplines, as well as the cutting-edge technologies and product applications in spinal minimally invasive surgery, conducting extensive and in-depth discussions and exchanges, hoping to jointly promote the steady and far-reaching development of orthopedic medicine in China.

Professor Zhang Jun from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine presides over the meeting.
Professor Zhang Jun from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine presides over the conference. He first warmly welcomes all the experts and professors who have come from afar, as well as the teachers who are following the conference online. He thanks Dabo Medical and Spade Academy for providing the academic exchange platform. The Orthopedic Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has gradually learned and deeply studied spinal endoscopic technology, starting from THSS technology, interlaminar approach, FPT lumbar decompression, ULBD, endoscopic fusion, to cervical spine. Today, we are particularly honored to have Professor Chu Lei from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University demonstrate two fusion surgeries, hoping that both online and offline physician colleagues can gain knowledge and insights. Finally, he warmly invites Director Guo Ying from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to give the opening speech.

Welcome speech by Professor Guo Ying from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Professor Guo Ying from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine warmly welcomes all the experts and scholars who have come from afar and sincerely thanks all the friends participating in this seminar online. Director Guo expresses his deep honor to serve as the director of orthopedics and to discuss the future development of full spinal endoscopic fusion technology on such an important academic platform with everyone. He especially thanks the Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Yunnan Province's Orthopedic Rehabilitation Professional Committee and the Yunnan Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Specialty Alliance for their support and guidance for this seminar. He also thanks the senior experts in the spinal and orthopedic fields from local hospitals in Kunming, such as the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, and the Yunnan University Affiliated Hospital for their active participation and wonderful sharing. It is the joint efforts of everyone that have made this seminar a success. This seminar on full spinal endoscopic fusion technology aims to gather senior experts in minimally invasive spinal and orthopedic specialties from across the country to discuss the cutting-edge progress and clinical applications of full spinal endoscopic fusion technology. We hope that through this seminar, we can further promote the development of full spinal endoscopic fusion technology, improve the diagnosis and treatment level of spinal diseases, and benefit a wide range of patients.

Surgical live broadcast, the mirror shines.

In this surgical live broadcast, Professor Chu Lei demonstrates LUSTA large channel endoscopic fusion surgery and unilateral dual-channel endoscopic fusion surgery. During the surgery, SPINENDOS, Donghong Zhiyuan, and Dabo Medical's related spinal minimally invasive products were used to efficiently complete the lumbar fusion surgery under full endoscopy. The SPINENDOS company's LUSTA large channel spinal endoscope system features minimally invasive, small trauma, and low bleeding, while causing minimal damage to the facet joints, effectively maintaining the stability of lumbar motion segments. The endoscopic view is clear, easy to control bleeding, and the neural structures are easy to identify, which can reduce the risk of iatrogenic damage to neural tissues. It can also assist in endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion surgery (PE-PLIF/PE-TLIF), and the corresponding black gold bone biting forceps series has German patent technology, innovative aviation material coating, super hardness, excellent biting and cutting ability, and strong service life, suitable for multi-angle tools under large channel endoscopy for lumbar spinal stenosis, quickly decompressing and forming a working channel, effectively improving surgical efficiency.
UBE surgery has the flexibility of open surgery, with less bleeding, less fluoroscopy, a short learning curve, and can be fully visualized during the implantation of the fusion device. Donghong Zhiyuan's UBE tools are complete, with multiple models of multi-angle bone knives and long biting forceps, which can effectively improve surgical efficiency and safety.
